Teachers’ Orientation Programe

On 18th August 2025, a Teachers’ Orientation Programe was organized at Sri J.C.B.M. College, Sringeri for the teaching staff members. The programe aimed to enhance professional skills, update pedagogical approaches, and strengthen academic quality in line with institutional goals.

The session was inaugurated under the leadership of Dr. M. Swamy, Principal, who highlighted the importance of continuous professional development for teachers in maintaining academic excellence.

The programme featured insightful sessions led by the following resource persons:

  • Prof. R. P. Pai, Resource Person

  • Sri A. G. Prashanth, Vice Principal

  • Prof. Nagabhushan B. R., IQAC Coordinator

  • Dr. Vasanth Chavan, NAAC Coordinator

Each speaker addressed key aspects of teaching methodologies, quality benchmarks, and the role of educators in shaping student-centric learning. The sessions also emphasized the importance of outcome-based education, innovative practices, and effective participation in the NAAC and IQAC processes.

The orientation proved to be highly beneficial, equipping faculty members with new perspectives and strategies to enhance their academic and professional contributions.
