Online Internship Recruitment Drive with MiniMines Cleantech Solutions Pvt. Ltd


Sri JCBM College, Sringeri is proud to share the successful outcome of an online internship recruitment drive, conducted in association with the College Placement Cell and IQAC for the final-year students of B.Sc, B.Com, and BCA streams. The drive was held in collaboration with MiniMines Cleantech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering organization in sustainable and efficient Li-Ion battery recycling solutions.

Pre-Interview Training

Prior to the recruitment process, the Placement Cell of Sri JCBM College organized a special training session for the aspiring candidates. The session focused on how to face interviews with confidence, improving communication skills, and preparing effectively for technical and HR rounds. This preparatory initiative helped students gain confidence and perform well during the interviews.

Opportunities Offered

Students were interviewed for various internship roles, including:

  • R&D Intern

  • Junior Research Associate

  • Plant Operator Intern

  • Business Development Intern

These positions will allow students to gain practical exposure in industrial research, operations, and business development.

Results of the Drive

A total of 9 students from our college were successfully selected:

  • 3 students for R&D Internships

  • 2 students for Plant Operator Internships

  • 4 students for Business Development Internships

The selected students will begin their internships after completing their degree in March 2026.

The Kuvempu University Inter-Collegiate Men’s Kabaddi Tournament was successfully hosted for the first time at Sri JCBM College, Sringeri , on March 5th and 6th, 2025 . The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 24 colleges across the university, showcasing intense competition and sportsmanship.
