CA & CS Second Batch Inauguration Programme

Sri JCBM College, Sringeri, hosted the inauguration programme of the second batch of CA and CS coaching classes on 27 August 2026. The programme was conducted in association with V-Reach Academy, Udupi, marking the continuation of the successful academic initiative for the second consecutive year.

The programme was organized with the objective of providing students with professional guidance and an opportunity to prepare for the prestigious Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) examinations. The initiative aims to encourage students to pursue professional courses along with their regular degree education and enhance their career opportunities in the fields of commerce, finance, taxation, corporate law and management.

The representatives and faculty members of V-Reach Academy, Udupi, interacted with the students and highlighted the scope, career opportunities and preparation strategies associated with CA and CS courses. Students were encouraged to make effective use of the coaching programme and develop a disciplined approach towards their professional examinations.

The inauguration also reflected the college's continued commitment to providing career-oriented and skill-based learning opportunities to its students. The successful commencement of the second batch demonstrates the positive response to the initiative introduced in the previous year.

The programme was attended by the college management, Principal, faculty members, representatives of V-Reach Academy and students. The event concluded with an encouraging note to the students to make the best use of the opportunity and work towards achieving their professional career goals.

 On 26th September 2025, the Youth Red Cross Unit and NSS Units of Shri JCBM College, Sringeri jointly organized an insightful talk titled “ Food for Health .” The resource person, Dr. Suhas H. D. Doctor,Dhanwanthari hospital,sringeri   addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of balanced food habits and mindful consumption in maintaining good health. He emphasized how dietary choices directly influence physical well-being, immunity, and lifestyle diseases.
