Job Fair – 2025, a training program on “Interview Preparation”

As part of the Job Fair – 2025, a training program on “Interview Preparation” was organized at Sri JCBM College, Sringeri. The session was aimed at equipping final-year students and job aspirants with the essential skills required to face interviews with confidence

The resource person for the session was Ms. Swetha, HR Trainee, who shared valuable insights on the art of interview performance. She emphasized the importance of first impressions, professional etiquette, grooming, body language, communication skills, and self-confidence while attending interviews. She also guided the participants on how to respond effectively to commonly asked questions and stressed the need for thorough preparation.

The interactive session was well-received by the students, as it provided practical tips and real-time examples that helped them understand the dynamics of recruitment processes. Students actively participated, clarified their doubts, and gained confidence in handling interview situations.

The training program saw the enthusiastic participation of more than 70 students, including job fair aspirants and final-year degree students. It served as an excellent preparatory platform for those looking forward to placement opportunities at the Job Fair and beyond.

Overall, the program proved to be highly beneficial and motivational, aligning with the college’s commitment to enhancing the employability skills of its students
