Job Fair 2025–26

Sri JCBM College, Sringeri, under the aegis of AGE Manipal and Bharathi Vidya Samste, successfully organized the Job Fair 2025–26 on 16th April 2026 at 10:00 AM in Dr. Nirmala Hall, Sri JCBM College, Sringeri. The event was jointly conducted by the IQAC, Placement Cell, and Personality and Skill Development Committee in association with ESSVEE Recruitech, Bangalore.

The program was presided over by the Principal, Dr. M. Swamy, whose leadership continues to promote academic excellence and career readiness among students. The Chief Guest, Sri Kalasappa TT, Honorable Trustee, highlighted the importance of skill development, adaptability, and industry readiness in today’s competitive job market.

The event was further enriched by the presence of distinguished dignitaries including Dr. Vasanth Chavan (IQAC Coordinator), Prof. Nagabhooshan B.R. (Student Welfare Officer), Sri Vidyadhara M.V. (Placement Cell Coordinator), Sri A.G. Prashanth (Vice Principal), Sri Raghavendra M.P. and Sri Sandesh G.S. (Personality and Skill Development Committee members), and Sri Jeevan Kumar S, Director of ESSVEE Recruitech.

The Job Fair served as a dynamic platform for students to interact with recruiters, explore diverse career opportunities, and gain insights into industry expectations. A large number of students actively participated in the recruitment process, showcasing enthusiasm and preparedness.

Out of the participating candidates, a total of 38 students were shortlisted, and 30 students were successfully selected, marking a significant achievement for the institution

Online Internship Recruitment Drive with MiniMines Cleantech Solutions Pvt. Ltd

Sri JCBM College, Sringeri is proud to share the successful outcome of an online internship recruitment drive , conducted in association with the College Placement Cell and IQAC for the final-year students of B.Sc, B.Com, and BCA streams. The drive was held in collaboration with MiniMines Cleantech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. , a pioneering organization in sustainable and efficient Li-Ion battery recycling solutions . Swachhata Hi Seva 2025

As part of the Swachhata Hi Seva 2025 campaign, a Plastic Eradication Program was successfully organized on 25th September 2025 at Gandhi Maidan (Vehicle Parking Area), Sringeri . The event was spearheaded by the NCC of Sri JCBM College in collaboration with the Town Panchayath, Sringeri , under the nationwide theme “Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath.” A total of 92 NCC cadets actively took part in the Cleanliness Target Unit Transformation Drive , collecting nearly 600–650 kilograms of garbage . The drive not only promoted the significance of cleanliness but also nurtured values of discipline, teamwork, and social responsibility among the cadets. The initiative left a positive impact on both participants and the local community by reinforcing the message of collective action for a cleaner and plastic-free environment .
