Celebration of ''Kanakadasa Jayanthi''

On the auspicious occasion of Kanakadasa Jayanti, a special program was organized at the college to commemorate the life and philosophy of the great saint and poet, Kanakadasa. The event was a remarkable gathering of knowledge, devotion, and inspiration, which saw an enthusiastic participation from both the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college.

The program began with the inauguration by A G Prashant, who expressed his deep admiration for the contributions of Kanakadasa to Kannada literature and spirituality. His words set the tone for the event, emphasizing the timeless relevance of Kanakadasa’s teachings in today’s world.

The highlight of the event was the special talk delivered by Dr. K P Prakash.Dr. Prakash eloquently spoke about the profound philosophy of Kanakadasaru, shedding light on his spiritual insights and the unique approach he took towards devotion and social justice. His speech captivated the audience, offering a fresh perspective on the saint’s life and work, and igniting a deeper understanding of his contribution to both religion and society.
