Mathematics Olympiad 2026
The Department of Mathematics, Sri JCBM College, Sringeri, successfully organized a Mathematics Olympiad on 28 January 2026 at Dr. H. T. Nirmala Hall. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from both PU and degree college students who showcased their analytical abilities and mathematical creativity.
The Olympiad was designed to foster problem-solving skills, encourage a healthy competitive spirit, and deepen students’ interest in advanced mathematical concepts such as algebraic number theory, modular forms, and elliptic curves.
Objective of the Olympiad
The primary objectives of the Mathematics Olympiad were:
